    I had used Molly Maid only once for a move out clean in Seattle and got almost my entire deposit back (minus the cost of the bug screens that my cat scratched up, God love him) but I never saw the place after the move so I just assumed they did a great job. I’ve had a problem with roaches and ants in my current apartment and decided to give Molly Maid another go and wow am I impressed with the service! You schedule an appointment by filling out an online form and getting a call from a scheduling personnel (which I promise is MUCH better than trying to host an interactive calendar on the website which works okay at best) and the call happens either the same or the next business day depending on what time of day you fill out the form. The interactions I’ve had over the phone have always been great and I’ve even been able to move my appointment up a few weeks with no fuss. So far so good! I got another call about 30 minutes from the cleaning team’s arrival; I was helped by a team of two people whose designation is “Route 17 Jubilee/Luz.” They were both SO super nice and very professional and efficient. I was working during the clean so I didn’t get to see the apartment after it was done, but it felt like I had walked into a different apartment altogether. The entire place was absolutely spotless. I am absolutely thrilled with Molly Maid and I can’t honestly imagine ever using another service ever again. Regarding the price: Molly Maid is probably one of the more expensive cleaning services but I absolutely got what I paid for and I have zero complaints. I’ve used cheaper services before and Molly Maid really blew them all out of the water. Two specific call-outs: 1. Nothing went missing. I’ve had other cleaning services throw out blankets, sheets, shower curtains, and unopened packages of cat litter and (human and cat) food. Molly Maid, on the other hand, took great care with my possessions. I even found some chewed up shoelaces than my tomcat loves to play with folded neatly on my couch; that takes real conscientiousness and presence of mind and I was really touched. 2. The overall clean showed real care and attention to detail. Other cleaning services involved little more than wiping down a bunch of stuff with a wet rag and maybe using some special cleaner in the shower, but I’ve literally never seen my apartment so clean, not even when I first moved in! They even made my bed! Like come on, that’s S-tier service right there. You can spend half the money for 1/10th the clean with another service if you’d like, but I’m going to stick with Molly maid. Overall a 5/5. I’m thrilled with the service and the value I got and I wouldn’t recommend anything else to anyone.

    We enjoyed the the cleaning level of services on 5-14-2025. If I had to put a score to the service provided it would be 93%. We are happy overall, and there are a couple details to be discussed which are not difficult to achieve.

    Okay team 35 as shown below did an absolutely amazing job on our deep clean today. The team was extremely professional, wore shoe covers throughout the house, threw out their trash, and left everything spotless. Even our blankets and beds were folded and placed in a tidy position.
