I needed to get my mother’s apartment of 30+ years ready to sell. They did a wonderful job, even cleaning inside cabinets and drawers. I am grateful for the easy and professional service I received. 👍🏻

On 03/30/2026 I requested a last-minute appointment to clean the home I was moving into. Molly Maid ("MM") of Central & NE Houston came through within 15 minutes. Gisselle and Leisy were professional and nice, completing the work very efficiently. I appreciate MM's swift response and will definitely consider them in the future.

Have used Molly Maid for the better part of a year. They are conscientious, thorough and accommodating. They maintain outstanding communication throughout the process and are always willing to help.Kendra and the staff do a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a new home that needed to be deep cleaned before move in, Molly Maid was super accommodating and were able to send a crew out quickly to do so. Araceli and Claudia showed up on time and got to work swiftly to make sure the house was left spotless. Grateful for all their hard work!

We have been using Molly Maid for many years now. They do a wonderful job on my travertine and Hardwood floors. I have two small children and a boxer To clean up after, And I am so appreciative Of everything Molly Maid does to help us keep a clean home. Shout out to Leticia and Sonia on Rte 35, Who always make our fixtures sparkle. Team 5 Has also been one of my favorites to have here. They do an equally amazing job, and make sure my quartz counter counters and staircase, really shine. As a real estate agent, I am always confident whenever my clients tell me that Molly Maid is who cleans the home. I know it will be easy to sell, and I don’t have to worry about cleanliness. (The number one turn off for buyers Is bad smells And dirty homes!)

I've been using Molly Maid since September. My initial cleaning was estimated to be 4 hours, but the team was here for 5.5 hours! They were a little bit later than the time window, but they were very thorough. The house really needed it and it was nice that it FELT and LOOKED so clean. October and November cleanings were just okay. I'd give 4 stars for October and 3-3.5 for November. I was prepping for the holidays during the November cleaning, and I said they didn't need to worry about the kitchen (it was truly a mess), so I thought the rest of the house would wow me since there was one less thing to focus on. But eh, everyone has a day, you know? However, today Team 21 (Sheila and Joselin) revived my faith in the service. They went above and beyond– they even cleaned my cast iron skillets that were sitting on my stove which, of course, was not necessary, but much appreciated (they even did it without rusting the skillets, which is crucial!). Every team that has come by has been very polite and professional. I work from home so I get to more or less see or hear everything while I keep my dogs contained in my office with me. Lovely people all the way. The only option I wish we had were less harsh, strong odors from the cleaning products. It's pretty strong for a day or so. If there were a more green cleaning product option, I would opt for that… even if were a tad more expensive. I guess I should ask if I can provide my own products for cleaning? Something I should look into… With that being said, any time I've contacted the office (mostly just to clarify which date we're scheduled), replies are expedient and professional. Overall, I recommend this company. I look forward to consistent cleanings and the friendly staff.
