    I've been using Molly Maid since September. My initial cleaning was estimated to be 4 hours, but the team was here for 5.5 hours! They were a little bit later than the time window, but they were very thorough. The house really needed it and it was nice that it FELT and LOOKED so clean. October and November cleanings were just okay. I'd give 4 stars for October and 3-3.5 for November. I was prepping for the holidays during the November cleaning, and I said they didn't need to worry about the kitchen (it was truly a mess), so I thought the rest of the house would wow me since there was one less thing to focus on. But eh, everyone has a day, you know? However, today Team 21 (Sheila and Joselin) revived my faith in the service. They went above and beyond– they even cleaned my cast iron skillets that were sitting on my stove which, of course, was not necessary, but much appreciated (they even did it without rusting the skillets, which is crucial!). Every team that has come by has been very polite and professional. I work from home so I get to more or less see or hear everything while I keep my dogs contained in my office with me. Lovely people all the way. The only option I wish we had were less harsh, strong odors from the cleaning products. It's pretty strong for a day or so. If there were a more green cleaning product option, I would opt for that… even if were a tad more expensive. I guess I should ask if I can provide my own products for cleaning? Something I should look into… With that being said, any time I've contacted the office (mostly just to clarify which date we're scheduled), replies are expedient and professional. Overall, I recommend this company. I look forward to consistent cleanings and the friendly staff.
