What struck me was there attention to detail and the lack of chemical smells even though the space felt clean. That’s super important to me and my animals inside. They were professional, genuinely kind, and efficient. I’m going to set up a reoccurring service to keep on top of it. Thanks again.

After we were unhappy with our first experience, they sent a new team to re-clean our home, and they did a fantastic job. Every spot the first team missed was taken care of. You could tell the cleaners genuinely cared about the quality of their work. They took the time to focus on the details, from dusting surfaces and doorframes to thoroughly cleaning the bathrooms and fixtures. It means a lot when a company stands behind its service and makes things right without hesitation. Our first visit was not a reflection of what this company is capable of, and we really appreciate their patience and commitment to getting it right.

We had them cleaning every other week which made our lives so much easier with our new baby. Team 11 (Shay + Isabella) are the best to work with. They never gave an issue when I asked if they could use specific baby-safe products that I preferred – which I always appreciated so much. They always talked with us, our dog, & our daughter before & during the cleanings. Truly became our friends! They learned our house and our needs so quickly and made cleanings such an ease. They even cleaned a note into our couch which brought tears to my eyes. We walked into not only a clean home but such a precious 1st birthday note surprise for our daughter. Couldn’t recommend Molly Maid enough!
