Diana and Dora have been doing our home for months. They’re very detailed, If I mention doing something out of the ordinary 9 times out of 10 they’ve already caught it and cleaned it. Living in a house with an elderly parent, these two have been a blessing. They don’t judge, they simply do great work.

Ombreyanna, Danielle, and Ally did a fantastic job on our house this week. We always have great results with the Molly Maid crew; they’re on time, get through the house quickly, and clean thoroughly. We have been using Molly Maids services over the last year, while I have been recovering from a couple surgeries. On Thursday, Kelly and Magali came, and they did such a thorough job, everything looked spotless, and smelled so clean! They took time with details like arranging couch pillows in a nice way. We have had great experiences with all the teams that have been here! And every time I call the office, Amber is so friendly and helpful. Now that I am physically better, I could theoretically take over cleaning again. But I am really enjoying the treat of having it done so nicely on a regular basis, I might be hooked! I am writing on behalf of my mother, she has Molly maid for quite some time. At first she was unhappy and was gonna cancel service because they continued to switch her team and it was always someone new then one day a little over a year ago Melinda showed up and my mother expressed to her that she couldn’t handle new people each time, Melinda reassured her she would do her absolute best to make sure she was always there each month, Melinda has had several partners but no matter who comes in with her my mothers house is always cleaned correctly and she never leaves without making sure my mother is seated and comfortable! I can not express my gratitude for Melinda and Silvanas patience with my mother this past Tuesday, she is having to move and it’s not been easy but they still managed to make her day bright! – Danielle K

We just had our first cleaning with Molly Maid of NKY. Jena and Paula did a fabulous job to double check the work and make sure everything was as clean as we would like it. We have six large dogs and a baby so things had definitely piled up, but they made sure it was all spotless before leaving!
