Exceptional service starting with Yuriko the sales rep. Very detailed in what would happen with my initial cleaning. She’s so good at selling that I signed up for services I hadn’t planned to sign for. I literally just wanting a quote, now I have a deep cleaning and monthly service. The ladies that performed the initial deep cleaning were Mayra and Telma (Team 2). They did an excellent job and was very professional. I felt comfortable having them in my home. It’s nice to have someone preform a deep cleaning as I despise dusting. Thank you Team 2!

Amy, the CSR, and her cleaners, Josefa & Rosa, were an absolute delight to work with. I can’t recommend their services enough. The entire process was simple and seamless, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They were efficient, professional, and thorough. I’ll definitely be using Molly Maid from here on out!

Molly Maid did an incredible thorough job in cleaning my home from top to bottom including removing grime that had been there for a couple of months since the last cleaning. I am very appreciative of the patience and the work, and their diligence since sometimes cleaners do a rush job. The first cleaning was very very expensive but perhaps that’s due to it being the first time. Overall good experience.

Got a deep clean from Claudia and Marleny and it was like coming home to a new house! My home had become overwhelming to me think about starting and I decided to call in the pros and I’m so glad I did. They left no stone unturned and were so great! I highly recommend Molly Maid! There are also options for them to clean the fridge, oven, inside windows and wood work cleaning. It was so amazing!

Wonderful experience! Nancy and San Juana cleaned very detailed and left my home looking lovely! They were very nice from the start and did the job fast!

My house was a disaster and I know the two ladies must have felt overwhelmed but they got to cleaning. They did a great job. Only two misses: they didn’t unknot drapes after vacuuming floors so drapes became wrinkled and they didn’t replug in a lamp after they used the electric outlet and it’s hard for me to reach. I tipped them each $20 but wonder if that was not enough because of their expressions. Just wondering.

Cleaning is good, but the maids can use a different mop, the mop leaves to much water on the floor.
