Cheri and Shannon are fantastic! We’ve had a great experience overall with this cleaning service. The two women who regularly come to clean our home are absolutely wonderful—friendly, personable, and incredibly hardworking. They’re always pleasant to have in our home and clearly take pride in what they do. The only downside we’ve noticed is with the company itself regarding scheduling and time. When we were initially quoted, the scope of work sounded more comprehensive than what seems feasible in the time actually allotted during each visit. It often feels like there just isn’t enough time given to fully deliver on everything that was promised. That said, we truly appreciate the effort and care from Cheri annd Shannon and hope the company can better align expectations with the time scheduled.

I have been so very pleased with Molly maids as they have been so respectful to my elderly father and his wife and take good care of their house. I would highly recommend them.

Shannon and Cheri are amazing and Sharon in the office is always so accommodating and responsive. They always leave my home sparkling clean. They are a great team and even love on my cat when they are at my house. I’ve had other teams, but these two are the best. I know I’m getting a great thorough clean when they come. These ladies take pride in their jobs and it shows. I appreciate it so much!

The cleaning service was fantastic and the scheduler on the phone was helpful. Don’t use the request a quote option on the website. The resulting AI was incorrect and claimed to book me an appointment but it didn’t. Once I called though everything was clear

The ladies I had were lovely, every little detail was covered, they were quiet, professional! When I was talking they both stopped and listened with a smile! Very respectful of personal items as well! Very satisfied with this team!!!

For two women to clean 2nd and 1st floor completely and change and make beds I feel $285.00 is very reasonable. It saves me my mental well being and allows me to do what I need to do these days.

Two women were here over three hours and they did a great job. The house got a really good Fall cleaning not just a weekly cleaning. They were very professional and I would highly recommend Molly Maid.
