My regular weekly housekeeper was out for a family emergency. I was cleaning my place by myself until I injured my foot and was put in a cast. I contacted Molly Maid, received a prompt call back, person gave me detailed info including pricing, and we scheduled – I called on a Saturday afternoon and Molly Maid came out Monday. Olga and Maribel from Route 7 were assigned to my home. Man, oh, man , do these ladies know their stuff. I was given a window of time for their arrival. When they came with all their equipment, they courteously introduced themselves, set up, and began cleaning with absolutely no wasting of time. I have a normal 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was really pretty clean since I have it done once a week normally. Within one hour, Olga and Maribel had my home shining. I am extremely picky about having a clean home and when they finished, my sense of peace and happiness with a clean home was re-established!! There was even a preferred product I liked for cleaning my granite counter tops and my marble dining room table, and they had no problem using it in place of theirs. I highly recommend Molly Maid of SW Dallas and ask for Rout 7 – Olga and Maribel. They will do a 5 star job for you! My first review was in 2019. Here it is 1 year later and I needed Molly Maids again. I specifically requested Olga and Maribel from route 7 and wanted them first thing next day if at all possible. And…it was! I am still pleased with the responsiveness of Molly Maids and can't say enough good things about Olga and Maribel. My experience was again as great aa last year. Molly Maid cleaned everything. They dusted blinds, curtains, cleaned stairs banisters, vacuumed, polished furniture, cleaned bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen in detail and a whole lot more! I was very pleased and most definitely will use them again! I have already told my friends about them! Worth the money!

Our experience with Thania and Irma from team 9 could not have been better! Not only were they thorough but they were respectful of our home and our time. They did a really great job and me you will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a really clean house!

I hired Molly maids to clean my parents home, I'm not sure if it had ever been cleaned professionally before? Molly Maids did an exceptional job! The ladies were very friendly and courtesy. They cleaned years of dust, dirt and so much more. My parents house looked and smelled great when they were finished! I'll definitely use Molly Maids again.
