My wife and I hired Molly Maid to clean our new house before we moved in. Yami and Nancy (team #4) showed up right on time and cleaned the place top to bottom. They were conscientious about doing a good job and asked if anything in particular needed attention. Very happy with the service.

Love this Molly Maid! I've used them at two different locations. They do such a wonderful thorough job. It's so nice to come home to a clean home. And I don't know what they use on my floors but they just sparkle/shine like nothing I've done before. In fact, they asked me to no longer use my old hardwood polish as it was leaving a residue. Leave it to the professionals!!

I have used this cleaning service off and on for many years. The ladies are always punctual, reliable, cheerful, honest, thorough, and amazingly quick. Their work always leaves behind a sweet-smelling haven of order. Living with chronic pain, my home falls into clutter that my limits cannot keep up with, and I am grateful that this company was compassionate enough to be willing to come to an arrangement, adapt their usual procedures, and do a little extra picking up when cleaning my home. This flexibility has meant a great deal to me and my family during our worst periods. Thank you Molly Maid of SE Wake County.

This team is awesome!! Even though they are currently still dealing with flooding from Hurricane Matthew they still made the effort to get in touch with me and keep me posted on a reschedule date. I can't believe how quickly they worked this out, only had to wait and extra day and the girls did an amazing job as usual! Thank you Molly Maids team for being so dependable even during this very trying time for you, good luck on your damage cleanup.

Ms. Kim's team is PHENOMENAL. I recommend her to everyone. We've used Molly Maid for several years and will never change as long as Ms. Kim is there! She goes above and beyond, she remembers all of the small things that help keep the house looking great. I look forward to the days when the team comes bc the house looks and feels so great afterwards!! Updated 3/22/2025 – still using Mrs. Kim and her team and still very happy with them! They always do an amazing job! Updated 4/3/2026 – continuously ecstatic with the house after Mrs. Kim and her team come through. I recently used Molly Maid to perform a move-out clean after I had moved out of a rental house. They did a great job! Starla and Adriana were very professional, friendly and courteous. They asked if I had any problem areas that they needed to concentrate on, and they delivered fantastic results. I really liked that they finished in the amount of time they told me upfront. I will use Molly Maid again!

I have used Molly Maid twice now and could not be happier. Rewind to a month ago, our future Yelp Elite baby decided to arrive two weeks early, and with family flying in from out of town, I was in a panic and my home was in disarray. I called around to many places, all who were unable to come in last minute. I really just wanted the bare minimum done- floors and bathrooms- just so my house was presentable for the out of towners. Lots of services I called weren't willing/able to provide minimal services either. I finally called Molly Maid and pleaded my case. There were two fabulous girls who had finished their day, but were willing to come out for one more job to help me out. They took their time, and while I wanted just the bare minimum cleaned, when they left, everything looked brand new. They were very thorough and did not skimp on the bathrooms or floors. The price for what they did could not be beat! I ended up hiring Molly Maids on a monthly basis to help keep my sanity in check. I added on wiping down kitchen appliances and granite countertops. Again, pricing was completely reasonable, they are really able to personalize what fits your needs and budget. The team that arrived today was just as thorough and efficient. I also got a rundown of the products they use via email so I knew my countertops would be cleaned appropriately. The other thing I love is that given I have a rambunctious new born, and a rambunctious English Bulldog, Molly Maids calls me 15 minutes before they arrive so I can get the dog and baby settled. While there is a window they give for when they arrive (for me it's between 12 and 2) getting that 15 minute time check really helps me not having to look out the window every 5 minutes. Love these guys and cannot promote them enough!
