we had investigated several cleaning companies and decided on molly maids. they first reviewed our condo and set a cleaning date.our cleaning team was team 1rose &skylar who immediately began work.they finished within the time frame and their work was more than satisfactory. rose & skylar will be our team for as long as we have the service. job well done .rose&skylar are back after acovid-19 shutdown and we are happy, as we missed them greatly. they are team#1and i can not imagine a team that is better. five stars is not enough for this team they deserve ten stars

I have used the Molly Maid service for most of the year on a bi- or monthly basis. I have found the various teams on time, efficient and pleasant . The few preferences I communicated to Management have been respected.I ask any new team if they are informed, and they are . A couple of minor issues at the start , but the Mgt. is responsive. The main thing is to communicate your wishes / instructions very clearly to avoid misunderstandings or disappointments. Some of the personnel may be new, or in training, and still lack certain skills , so it’s best to be aware. That is fixable as long as the person has a willing and hard- working attitude as I have seen among the teams .

Great experience working with them. Hired them for deep cleaning and they were prompt, professional and very courteous. They even wiped the wet marks while moving out at the last minute. I truly appreciate their manager taking the drive back to see how well the cleaning was done once everything was cleaned. Would recommend.

This week Caitlin and Christina cleaned our Condo. They have been here before and always do such a good job! One problem we have here is our shower which easily gets moldy. They ask if we have bleach and use it to scrub it clean! This is just one example of the thorough and hard work they do.

The ladies have all been friendly, professional and accommodating, and did a great job cleaning my kitchen, bathrooms, floors, etc. (I have kids, pets, and I work from home.)
