I have used Molly Maid for about 5 years. They come every other week and make my house company ready. Because of their wonderful work I have more people over to the house and more parties. If I had to clean and get ready for the party I wouldn't want to entertain as much. If I have a party on the week I am not having a cleaning I call ahead of time to see if they can fit me in. I may not get the exact day of the week I want but they have always been able to fit in an extra clean around the day I ask for. Team #8 was here on Friday. I came home to a clean house and could just relax. Thank you! Several years ago something was broken and Molly Maid is licensed and bonded so they paid for the repair. That is why I wouldn't want to hire a person on their own. If someone was hurt on the job or if they break anything you want a company that is licensed and bonded.

I used to work with individual cleaners beforehand who would cancel or not show And be very defensive to any feedback I gave them.I wouldn’t have believed it unless I tried Molly Maids . I thought they might be too expensive but they’ve been actually equally affordable. I’ve been really so happy with Molly maids service! Arianna and Elizabeth are the best! They are so kind and caring and take care of my things as if they were there their own. They are very open to any feedback I have for them And will implement any recommendations I ask them to do without any complaints. You can see that they do a very thorough job cleaning of cabinets and furniture dusting- carefully taking things off the shelf to dust the entire shelf. Also, they are always prompt and on time and There has been only one time in two years that they’ve had to reschedule me for their own reasons! It’s also very flexible if I have to go on vacation I can skip a cleaning. The house always smells so fresh and clean and my family is l Always happy when they come home to a fresh clean home!
