Team 12, Colleen and Tami do a fantastic job. They are a good pairing. They check with each other to see if the other has covered the area she is working on before moving to another area. They always have a smile and friendly greeting and goodbye. Colleen and Tami are professional and make sure everything is cleaned the way I want before leaving. They even check corners, which is a pet peeve of mine if missed. If there is ever something that was overlooked, they take care of it right away with a cheery smile and apology for the oversite. They have become more of an extended family that I see once a month. I can be difficult to work for, but on rare occasions, if I do have to have a do over on something, it's nice to know that it will be taken care of without nasty looks, remarks, or comments from my team #12, COLLEEN and TAMI. Update to the services we received, we are very happy with everything! There were somethings we weren’t happy with in the beginning. But they had the team come back and I was very happy with the outcome and I appreciate the customer service I received Original post: This was the first time my wife and myself have paid this much for a cleaning service for our new house. I was fine with the price but it also made my exceptions a little higher. I had to go over the house and mop again because there was still stuff on the floor. I know my house was not neat but I had surgery and my wife was in the hospital last week and have two little kids. I didn’t expect them to move furniture but at least sweep under and at least move the stuff on the countertops.

I can’t say enough great things about Molly Maids. The customer service is top notch, scheduling an estimate was a walk in the park, and the cleaning crew was amazing. Angie and Maria (team#5) did a fantastic job and arrived right on time. Will absolutely re-book them for the next cleans. Jennifer from the quality assurance team came out in the middle of the clean to ensure everything was going smoothly, which I really appreciated. My house looks better than ever and pricing was totally reasonable. All in all a phenomenal clean plus wonderful customer experience.

Team 11, Cookie and Tawni, have been cleaning my house for a year. Their cleaning is excellent and consistently good. I don't have to follow them around asking them to repeat cleaning, or do it better because they do it right the first time, every time. I love that!

UPDATE: Since my deep clean I have been continuing my service with Molly Maids and although I got a new team I am still very happy with the service. Maria and her partner are timely, efficient and very pleasant. ORIGINAL: I was most impressed by the fact that they followed my exact instructions and requests. They arrived on time and worked in a synchronized manner getting done with a deep clean in 2 hours. I have scheduled additional services. Keep up the good work ladies.
