House Cleaning Services in Manitou Springs, Colorado

Booking was fast and easy, Teresa and Guadalupe were phenomenal! I booked a move out clean and the house is ready to sell. Thank you Molly Maids!

molly maid came to our home on 7/9 Extremely unprofessional, do not use this company. They will overcharge you, not clean properly, and threaten you as well. We hired molly maid to clean a house we were moving into before moving in. Back story, the house was not properly cleaned by property management/previous tenants. The phone call to sign up was great Everything after that was a disaster! Our biggest reason for calling them was to clean endless amounts of dog hair through the home literally everywhere. Baseboards, counters, in the drawers, all over the windows, etc… and the oven was disgusting. They were scheduled to be there between 12-3pm and we were qouted 140 an hour. I get a call day of about 8 30am. The lady said that the cleaners were there and I needed to let them in. No one was there obviously at that time because we were not expecting them until atleast 12 as discussed prior. Well, apparently the lady didnt put us for a time slot and another lady told me "well she's probably going to get fired, let me call you back" and she hung up before I could blink. I had an appointment at 10 elsewhere and I told the lady I would be there as soon as I could to let them in. I get there at 9 45 to let them in as I was unaware that the 2 lady's were dropped off and waiting on my front porch in the heat for an hour. I felt bad for them. But when I called to tell them thats not right, they said it was their choice to not bring their own vehicles. Ok, but this wouldnt have happened if they scheduled me for between 12 and 3 as agreed in the first place. I let them in, went to my 10am appointment and when I was done, I came back around 12 and they told me they needed about 30 more minutes. I barely took a look at anything for one because I trusted them and for two I was in a hurry to get to the bank so I could pull out money to tip the girls. I tipped them each a generous 50 dollars. They said they were done at 12 45. So I let them out and locked the door because they said they would wait there for their ride. So I left. I called after I left and asked the lady who answered to call me before charging the card to confirm the cleaning time which was 3 hours. She laughed at me like I was ridiculous but said OK. I never got a call, we got charged 606.20!! I called and complained and they credited 140 which was still overcharging us because we should have paid 420 (140×3=420). So then they credited another 22.40. So we were still overcharged 23.80. But I wasnt going to continue to argue over the 17 minutes they probably waited outside of my house for their ride to get there and made me pay for. As time went on, we started to move our stuff in 4 days later. We still saw dog hair EVERYWHERE along with dust and dirt! you could tell some of it was cleaned, but still everywhere. Baseboards were not cleaned, windows sills not cleaned, blinds not touched, the inside of the drawers not touched, pantry shelves dusty, the list goes on.. The fridge also still had dog hair in it, the only thing they did good on was cleaning the oven. I've been calling multiple times just to get a response of "we will look into it and call you back" its very hard to get them to be productive with anything. I feel like they are paid to argue with you on the phone. I was also threatened by Linda today (a manager) because I told them if we cant come to an agreement we would have to dispute the whole charge and report them to the BBB with pictures. She said "you can do that but you will get sent to collections and they are pretty aggressive" Spoke to John also (another manager i think). John wanted to come out tomorrow to look at everything. I explained to him that I was not available until the end of the week for multiple reasons. Also, most of the phone call he was interrupting me, talking over me, fighting every single concern I voiced. He finally agreed to come on Friday. But i called back and left a voicemail telling them not to come because I dont trust them and honestly the hostility from everyone is not ok and not acceptable.

The cleaning was absolutely fabulous. I had not had my house cleaned in several years and it started out a mess. I had to get rid of piles of paper, give things to Goodwill and so forth to scale down I had furniture and items pretty well organized so the cleaners did not have to move too much. They were superb. They did the windowsills, the oven the three bookcases, baseboards, and more. I cried it was so nice and clean.

They did an amazing job! 10/10 would recommend. I know I will be using their services again in thr future!

I am writing this to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Alexis, Silke, Brandy. The ladies did a phenomenal job of getting my house back to being my home. From the moment they walked into my door and I had my first conversation. Their professionalism, patience, knowledge and clear communication made a huge difference and getting my house back the way it belongs. Coming off of construction is so stressful, but these ladies pride in their work. They made me laugh and smiled. It's rare to encounter individuals who combine expertise and genuine empathy and truly care about what they're doing. I just want to say I will definitely be having the ladies from Molly maids come back to my home. These three ladies are just absolutely angels. I thank them once more for doing such a wonderful job, your efficiency, your dedication and your outstanding work. Hats off to you. Three lovely ladies. Marlene Mitchell
