House Cleaning Services in Lawndale, California

My husband obtained several quotes from different companies and even though Molly Maid isn't the cheapest or most expensive, their pricing is very competitive. They have consistent good reviews with decent number as well. We went with their initial deep cleaning and ongoing monthly cleaning to keep our house clean. My husband and I try our best to clean and maintain the house but there are certain areas we just can't get to and need help. Brenda and Wendy (Team #8) were assigned for our initial deep cleaning and have to say, they did a great job. They came in with their cleaning supplies and ready to work. Both Brenda and Wendy were focused and did not waste anytime. The initial estimated number of hours to clean the house was not sufficient but the office reached out informing us as such and asked for our permission for another hour. The extra hour was already included in our estimate so this was not a surprise. I appreciate the fact that they still reached out and asked for our approval first instead of just adding an extra hour then billing us without our consent. Since we were home while they were cleaning, we witnessed how hard these ladies worked and understood this was necessary. This is, after all, the initial and deep cleaning so it's expected. Brenda made sure we were satisfied with the results and happily cleaned certain area that was missed. We honestly think the area that was missed was due to the fact that they were trying their best to clean everything within the allotted and estimated number of hours and to stay accurate with them. Both Brenda and Wendy are so professional and always had a smile while working. They both deserved to be recognized by how hard they worked. We're looking forward for next month and we hope it'll still be them who'll be assigned to us but we're sure whoever Molly Maid sends, they'll do great. The two young professionals that were sent to my recent apartment appointment did a very thorough and highly detailed cleaning job. I was gratefully impressed on how fresh and clean my home felt . Especially for my baby. I in-trusted my home and they delivered an exceptional version of it . Thank you Molly Maid for providing such great service, with great customer service. The interactions were lovely Your employees make you look great , reliable and holding high standards , as a loyal customer now , I highly recommend you! The price I found to be a bit high but if you can afford it I highly recommend the service provided , it’s a huge weight lifted and great help.

I absolutely love the team at MM LB! They have been cleaning my place for about a year now and they do a fantastic job! The pricing is a little steep but you get what you pay for! They know my place so well I am about ready to give them a key to my place! Monthly cleanings with Molly Maid keeps my Appartment clean and tidy all month – I wouldn't have it any other way! THIS REVIEW IS FOR TWO (2) TRIPS DURING A MOVE – NEW AND OLD RESIDENCE: On January 22, 2021, the Molly Maid team of Maria and Perla came out to sanitize and disinfect my new apartment and furniture that was moved into the unit that day – FABULOUS JOB! Even the the apartment was clean, Maria and Perla went ahead and disinfected, sanitized all touch surfaces, furniture, boxes, floors bathroom, kitchen and countertops, outside of fridge, etc. I wanted this done before I spent the night due to COVID. They wore masks and gloves and they did a fabulous job wiping down EVERYTHING! On January 29, 2021, the Molly Maid team of Maria, Perla and Xiomara cleaned, vacuumed, dusted, cleaned the oven, blinds, window sills, bathroom and even broom cleaned any cobwebs from the ceiling and corners of the entire empty residence. They cleaned THOROUGHLY FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!!! Again another FABULOUS JOB! The price was right for both places and made my move so much easier and set my mind at ease that things were cleaned and sanitized during this age of COVID! GREAT JOB – GREAT PRICES – HARD WORK – THANK YOU!

When done my house sparkled and before leaving they doubled checked with me to be sure notning was missed. Great job!!!
